Easy 5-Minute Morning Practice to Manifest ANYTHING You Want! (SP, Relationship, Money)
Hello, welcome! I'm so happy you're here. In this post, I'm gonna give you a very simple morning or evening practice, and you can also do it in the morning and the evening to manifest anything you want.

Okay, so let's jump into this—a very quick and easy morning or evening practice. And I really recommend doing it both in the morning and evening if you're trying to manifest a desired reality. So first of all, as I just talked about in the post I posted earlier today (I just linked it—that’s what I pointed to), the way that we manifest is by changing our self-concept, changing who you think you are, changing who you feel like you are, changing your dominant belief system about who you are.
There's no one to change but yourself, and the way you're changing yourself is you're starting to feel internally like the person who has your desire. You're moving from the state of lack of, "It's not here. I don't have it. Where is it?" Usually, in this state of not having it, there can be some panic. You can feel like something's missing from your life. You feel like you just don't have the thing you want.
And using your imagination, using your thoughts, using your ability to cultivate an inner experience—an inner imaginal experience—of being a different person, you're changing the way you feel about who you are by using your imagination. And the way you're changing how you feel is by starting to feel like you already have your desire. You already have the relationship. You're already in the relationship. You already have the money. You already have whatever the thing is.
And so this very, very easy practice that you can do every morning or every night is either writing down or saying, "I'm so grateful to have..." and you fill in the blank. "I'm so grateful to be in the relationship that I love so much. I love being in this relationship. I'm so grateful for it. I'm so grateful I have so much money in my bank that I can do whatever I want. It feels so good to have so much money in my bank. I'm so grateful to feel so loved and cherished and adored in my life with my partner and with people around me. I'm so grateful that I have... I'm so grateful that I am... I'm so grateful that this thing is happening, that I feel... I'm so grateful that I have... that I am... that I feel..."
You can also say, "I love being in this relationship. I love having this money." And what you want to do when you're doing this practice is you want to make sure that these gratitude statements are evoking the inner feeling of actually having your desire.
People seem to get really caught up on this feeling piece when it comes to manifesting. I'm not quite sure why. I think maybe it gets overcomplicated, or you think it's something that it's not. When Neville Goddard said, "Feeling is the secret," or when I talk about feeling your wish fulfilled, feeling your desire, what I'm really talking about is there's an inner experience of what it feels like to have your desire. It doesn't mean it's an emotional experience, although sometimes it can feel gratifying; it can feel satisfying; it can feel good—that's all true. But essentially, it's more like a knowing feeling, okay? It's a knowing of, "Yeah, this is already mine. Yes, it's done. Yes, it's who I am. Yes, this is already who I am." That's the feeling that I'm talking about. It's a feeling of having your desire already, no matter what the desire is.
And our only work is to practice whatever statements internally are going to make us feel like we have our desire. I'm going to do a post where I'm going to talk about exactly how I manifested my relationship. And it's essentially all about, "I felt like I was in the relationship using my imagination." I'll talk about it! I felt like I was in the relationship, and he showed up. He showed up in a couple of weeks—I mean, it was very fast.
So this is the easy practice you can do in the morning or night. Just spend five minutes—put your phone timer on, put it on five minutes, and just go through: "I love the way it feels to be in this relationship. I'm so grateful to be in this relationship. I'm so grateful to be so cherished and adored. I'm so grateful to feel so beautiful and magnificent. I'm so grateful that my life is filled with so many blessings. I'm so grateful that there's so much money flowing into my life. I'm so grateful that this is happening to me, that my desire is already mine." It's a very simple practice. It will shift your state of being, and by shifting your state of being over and over again, it will become your dominant state of being. And your dominant state of being is what manifests.
