This Is How I Fixed My Self-Concept To Get EVERYTHING I want Within Days!
Today I'm sharing with you exactly what you need to know to create the self-concept tailored to you. You are going to find out exactly what is there in your inner world that is telling you that you cannot achieve what you want, and you are going to change it in a way that is natural and effortless.
Self-concept is something that we will always have to work on; we are always in change in our state of consciousness too.
"We cannot stay in a state or any condition forever. Each new state bears within it the seed of new conflict. Every Heaven becomes, in time, hell. A thing is ours for a moment, but as we continue in it, it will bring about conflict. As long as there is interpretation, there is always conflict."
So, we live in a desired state, and as conflict arises, we resolve that conflict by dying to that state and moving to a different state—a state where those circumstances do not make any sense to us anymore. But we need to know how to do that, and that's what we are talking about today.

We manifest what we are, meaning that when it comes to your desire, you will get what you think you believe is possible for you to achieve. When it comes to working on my self-concept, there are two ways that I use. One is very simple; it's on the go. This is easy to do when there is no resistance. This happens most of the time. So, I have that feeling within that tells me, "Oh, you cannot achieve that," but it's easy for me to believe, "No, you know this is just a fear; I don't have to pay attention to it. I can move on, and I believe that I'm going to achieve it."
But sometimes we are going to deal with resistance, which means that the belief is very ingrained in your stories, your ideas of who you are, who people are, and how the world works. And when I am in that situation, then there is a method that I follow, and this is what we are going to talk about.
The first step is defining your desire without conditioning it. In this step, it's not about what you think you can achieve; it's about what the desire is. You cannot expect the state of consciousness that you are in right now to understand that you can overcome it, that you can manifest what feels impossible, because in most cases, it's not going to feel that way, okay? But it's important for you to stay true to the desire, and you are going to do this in different areas of your life and separately. So, you can deal with love, with money, with job, with health, etc., but separately.
And keep in mind one thing: if the experience that you desire involves someone, then it's not about the person; it's about the experience itself. We do not desire people—this doesn't exist. We desire an experience that may involve someone. If you're not feeling that way, if you are feeling like, "No, only that person can make me happy, only that person can give me what I want," then it's a big sign that you are putting that person on a pedestal, and this is something that you have to deal with.
So, when you describe what you want, it's going to be something like "a loving, healthy, committed relationship" or "a life where I am financially free, where I can buy whatever I want."
The second step is for you to define how that dynamic between you and your desire would look like. It could be like, "Money flows to me without any work, any effort, and from different sources." When it comes to relationships, it could look like, "I always feel loved, cherished, respected, and adored, and chosen in my relationships."
In those moments while you are brainstorming how that dynamic is, you may notice the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and this is very important. This is going to give you information about the beliefs that right now you may not have but that you need to have to embody a state that's going to allow you to achieve your goals—to manifest your desire.
So, the next step is to figure out what kind of beliefs you need to manifest the reality that you want. And here you go from general to specific. You gather everything that comes to your mind. It can be as simple as, "I need to be confident," or "I need to trust myself." But it can be something like, "I need to know that I'm the one, and I need to trust my partner," or "I need to know that my body can heal itself."
Make sure that you gather all the beliefs that you feel like you need to manifest that situation. And it's not just about the desire, as you can see; it's also about you. If you want to have a happy relationship with someone, but you are someone who is always doubting others, who finds it difficult to trust your partner, then this is something that you have to work on. You have to learn to trust your partner, and this is going to manifest itself and create the relationship that you want to have with them. But it's not just about them showing up a certain way—you also have to show up in a way that you can maintain the relationship, the kind of lifestyle that you want.
If there is someone else involved in that manifestation, you have to repeat the same step but for them. What kind of beliefs do they need to have to allow you to have the experience? If you're manifesting a specific person, then you're going to ask yourself, "What kind of beliefs does my specific person need to have to allow us to have that relationship that I want with them?" So, it could be like, "They need to believe in love," or "They need to believe that there is only one person that can make them happy," or "They need to be ready to be vulnerable." Whatever it is, gather all the information, but make sure that all of the beliefs that you have there are aligned with the experience that you want to have.
And this is how you should see your specific person from now on. This is telling you exactly how you have to see them, what you have to assume from them. And if there is a difference between what is on the paper and what you believe within, then you have to work on this.
The last step is to define what kind of lifestyle you would have if all of the information that you gathered was true, if you could achieve all of the things that you have in there. And you go within and you are very detailed, okay, as detailed as you want to be. When it comes to money, you can say, "I always have more money than I can spend. I can buy whatever I want, okay. I own a house in Beverly Hills that costs millions of dollars. I always travel first class. I am always traveling around the world with my private jet." You know, brainstorming.
When it comes to relationships, you describe the relationship—how it would be. So, "We are always making each other laugh. We are always choosing to spend time with one another. We are always very open and vulnerable with each other."
Now, you have the information that you need to work on exactly what you have to work on. You can create affirmations, you can record a mind tape and listen to it throughout the day or during the night while sleeping, you can create scenes that you are going to visualize. If you feel resistance, don't involve your desire, don't involve your specific person. Involve someone that you love and care about, and see them congratulating you for being the person that you want to be, for being in the relationship that you desire, or having the lifestyle that you want to have, okay?
You can also take information out of it and create SCs that you can script about, stories that you are going to script about for a certain time—let's say a week or two. There is enough information there to activate your imagination. In that paper is the person that you would be, the relationship that you would have, the lifestyle that you would have if you were that person. So, you have to work on making that version of you a real thing in your inner world. And this happens with repetition.
You don't have to do all techniques at once. Choose the ones that you feel more comfortable with, that are fun to do for you, okay? You can affirm a couple of times a day, listen to your mind tape throughout the night while sleeping. You can visualize once a day and loop the scene or the scenes that you have for like 5 to 15 minutes. You can script once a day. Everything that makes you feel, in that moment that you are doing that technique, that that reality is real, that that reality is very possible, that that reality is something that you can achieve—in that moment, while you are visualizing, while you are affirming or scripting, in that moment you have to feel that end. You have to see your life through that end, as being the person that you want to be and having the life that you want to have. As within, so without.
So, if you have not felt any change within a month, and the movement, the change is within—it doesn't have to be without, okay. Most of you are going to experience people reflecting those beliefs back to you. But what I'm talking about is the feeling. You have to feel different when you think about that desire. If you don't feel like anything changed, if you don't feel like you got new perspectives, then what I would suggest for you to do is review the steps that you took and make sure that the beliefs that you gathered, that the kind of person that you defined yourself as, are in alignment with the desire that you have, and make adjustments. And this is how you define your self-concept in a way that allows you to naturally manifest your desire.
