In this post, I'm going to talk about how to create the reality where you are missed by your specific person. Okay, so let's jump in. How to be missed by your specific person. This is basic, and you know, of course, if you're trying to manifest a specific person, one of the things that you are going to want is for them to miss you, especially if you're not in contact. It's likely if you're drawn to read this post, that you maybe even perhaps miss your specific person, and so of course you would want them to feel that way about you. So let's look at how to do this, how to make your specific person miss you, and also how to shift your own experience out of missing your specific person, because usually that doesn't actually feel very good.
First of all, what needs to be said about this is if you miss your specific person, meaning if you have feelings of like they're not here, you wish they were here, sometimes it hurts that they're not here, it's so painful that they're not here with you. If you're having any type of missing experience with your specific person or about your specific person, what's important to know—and I really want you to hear this—it means that you're manifesting for them not to be in your life.
We are manifesting everything in our outer reality based on our inner experience. The inner experience of missing someone is like the undertone or the core essence of missing someone is they're not here. If you're feeling like they're not here and then you have corresponding missing feelings or anxious feelings, sadness, loneliness, they're not here, they're not here, you have to manifest a reality where they're not here. This is everyone as you pushed out. But if you're feeling like they're not here, then you have to manifest the reality of them not being here. This is why being in that state of being of missing your specific person is actually really working against you.
The good news about this is it's actually very easy to shift out of the experience of they're not here. I'm going to talk about how to do this, and then afterwards, I'm going to talk about how to make your specific person actually miss you.
Shifting out of the experience of missing them, what you have to do is start paying very deep attention to your inner world, and you have to cultivate an imaginal experience where they are here. If you're missing a specific person, you're paying more attention to the outer world or the 3D reality, and you're looking at they're not here, they're not here, and you're allowing that to evoke the missing feeling inside of you. You have to kind of cut yourself off as much as possible from really paying attention to the 3D reality, and you need to go within and cultivate the inner experience of they are here.
This is the beauty of our imagination. This is the beauty of our inner world. You literally can cultivate feeling anything you want at any point in time just by learning to use your imagination. The way that you do this is to close your eyes, go deep within, center in your heart, and start feeling your specific person here with you. If you're closing your eyes and you're going into your imagination, anything is possible. So you start feeling your specific person here with you. This is how you get out of the feeling of missing them. Literally, if you start feeling your specific person here with you in your imagination, you're no longer going to miss them. The missing is going to go away. That's one benefit of it. The second benefit is if you're feeling your specific person here with you in your imagination, you're manifesting that reality. This is what you want to do.
So this is one piece of this post. The second piece I want to address is how to make your specific person miss you. Again, this is actually, you know, the protocol is pretty basic, right? Because it's a very simple equation of how to manifest. Everything out in the outer world is a reflection of your inner world. So if you want to make your specific person miss you or you want to create a reality where your specific person misses you, you have to create an imaginal experience of feeling that person miss you. Again, this is pretty easy to do. I mean, it just takes practice of cultivating this imaginal experience.
How do you do it? You close your eyes, go deep within, center into your heart space, bring your attention from your mind down into your heart center, into your being, as I say, and you start conjuring up the imaginal experience, the visualization of your specific person thinking about you right now, wondering what you're doing, bummed they haven't talked to you in a long time. They can't believe they haven't heard from you. They're starting to feel your absence. They're starting to feel like where is he or she. So you start to feel them having the feelings of missing you. You just bring up an imaginal experience of them in the state of where is she, why haven't I heard from her, what is she doing, I miss her, where is she, I don't like not having her near me. You start feeling your specific person in that state of being. If you're feeling your person in the state of being as missing you and you're doing that consistently and that's your dominant belief, like they do miss me, that's what's happening. Because you're creating them. You're creating your reality, and you're creating other people. You're choosing which version of them shows up based on your own beliefs and your own inner world.
So the way to create a reality where your specific person misses you is you conjure up the felt experience of them missing you. And then again, remember what I said, if you're missing your specific person, you have to get out of that state of being as quickly as possible because it's creating more distance. Instead, you have to feel them right here with you or feel them missing you. When you go deep into that imaginal act, all your missing feelings are just going to disappear. Your inner world is more powerful than your outer world, so use it. Use it in this way to create the reality you want.
